1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at 6ix.studio (the "Site") or booking services with The Alliance of Digital Professionals Inc., operating as Studio 6ix ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

Studio 6ix provides professional headshot and portrait photography services, including private sessions, group sessions, and enterprise/event activations. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your session: $100 for Private Sessions, $300 for Group Sessions. Enterprise activations require a custom deposit as specified in your proposal.
The deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Session dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Studio 6ix reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
