1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at 6ix.studio (the “Site”) or booking services with The Alliance of Digital Professionals Inc., operating as Studio 6ix (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

Studio 6ix provides professional headshot and portrait photography services, including private sessions, group sessions, and enterprise/event activations. Service details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm your session: $100 for Private Sessions, $300 for Group Sessions. Enterprise activations require a custom deposit as specified in your proposal.
The deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Session dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
Studio 6ix reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Image Selection & Pricing

Each selected image is $100. Selection occurs during a collaborative post-shoot review session.
Selected images include professional retouching and digital delivery.
Volume discounts may apply for enterprise clients: 10% at 50+ images, 20% at 100+ images.

6. Copyright & Image Usage

All photographs are copyrighted by The Alliance of Digital Professionals Inc. / Studio 6ix.
Upon purchase, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use selected images for personal and professional purposes, including social media profiles, websites, and print materials.
Images may not be resold, sublicensed, or used to represent any other photography business.
Studio 6ix retains the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out agreement is in place.

7. Retouching & Delivery

Professional retouching is included with each selected image. This includes skin smoothing, blemish removal, and color correction.
Final images are typically delivered within 5–10 business days via digital download.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

8. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to end any session where a client's behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or threatens the safety of our staff. In such cases, deposits are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studio 6ix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Website Use

The content on this Site, including text, images, and design, is owned by Studio 6ix and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without written permission.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the Site at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services or Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
